This weekend we begin a study of prayer that will take us all the way through September and into October. We will look at questions about what prayer is, why we pray and the purpose of prayer. Our approach this week and in the weeks that follow will be to walk through the prayer Jesus taught us and think about what it tells us about the Christian practice of praying. This weekend we focus on the introduction to the Lord's Prayer, "Our Father, who art in Heaven."
