Deep Down
Bible Text: Leviticus 18:1-5, 19:9-18 | Pastor: Kale Hanson | Series: Pentecost | This weekend our readings focus on what it means to be a neighbor. In our Gospel lesson we have Jesus’ iconic parable of the Good Samaritan. (Luke 10:25-37) In our reading from Colossians (Colossians 1:1-14), we have Paul the pastor, addressing a letter to his neighbors in the church at Colossae. In our Old Testament lesson (Leviticus 1:1-5, 19:9-18) we have God laying out what it means to be a neighbor tote people of Israel. We reflect together on our love for one another, which reflects his love for us.
